How color clues work

Each number is a colored block, listed in order (left→right / top→bottom). Same-color blocks need at least one empty between them; different colors may touch. Pick a swatch, paint cells, use X for empties.

How color Nonogram clues work

In a color Nonogram, each clue number carries a color. The number tells you the length of a block, and the color tells you which color to fill. Blocks of the same color are separated by empty cells; blocks of different colors may touch.

How to play

Choose a color from the palette, then tap to fill cells. Long-press marks an empty cell with X. Work rows and columns together, using the colored clues to deduce which cells belong to which block.

Tips for color boards

  • Start with the color that has the fewest blocks — it is easiest to place.
  • Mark empties with X early to stop colors from running together.
  • Full-line clues still fill the whole line, whatever the color.
